A Hīkoi connecting Māori Eucharistic Communities and their links to Meri Hōhepa will make its way toward Island Bay as part of our centennial commemorations.
The year will culminate in the 100Year Centennial Mass at St Mary of the Angels, Wellington. The day begins at the Home of Compassion, where the Catholic Bishops of New Zealand blessed a gift from mana whenua. The celebration will continue in the city, with a Mass led by Archbishop
